You’re now at the intersection of curriculum, instruction, learning, and the learning environment. Take a step forward with us toward meaningful, integrated educational change.

Built on over 20 years of in-class experience as educators, My Learning Place (MLP) Integrated Design was founded to maximize the educational capacity of teachers and students. We believe meaningful, engaging, and authentic learning experiences are derived from an integrated design approach, one that challenges educators and architects to view teaching and learning from a 4-point intersection:

Curriculum

Standards and content (both academic and social/emotional)

Instruction

Methods and strategies used to teach and establish a classroom community

Learning

Individual ways students make meaning, show understanding, and ignite passions + interests

Learning Environment

Space types, adjacencies, and room setup to support all students
